Our Returns Policy

Its OK to change your mind! If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please follow steps below to process a Return Request.

1. Request a Return Authorization # within 5 days from your confirmed delivery. Got to  RETURN DEPARTMENT
2. Wait for your RMA# to be emailed to you along with return instructions. 
3. Hand off return package to the carrier within 5 days of receiving your Return Approval #. If packages have a received scan date past the 5 days , returns will not be accepted. Items must be unwashed, unworn,unaltered and include all original tags still attached to the garment.
4. Once package is received please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your refund. Original Shipping cost will  not be refunded. Fact: on average returns are processed and refunded the same day they are received.

 *Returns are at customers expense. Return shipping label is not provided by MotherBeeMaternity

 

What items are returnable?.

• In original condition ( unaltered )
• Unwashed and Unworn
• With original tags still attached to the garment

What items are non-refundable?

• Free gifts or promotional items.

What happens after RMA is requested?

• Once your return request is received we will email you a response within 2 business days.
• If your return is approved you will receive return instructions along with your RMA # 
• If items returned have been altered , washed or worn there will be a 20% deduction for these items.
• Once return is received please allow 1-2 business days for your refund to be processed. Please note shipping is none refundable.
